X° was a personal exploration into the relationship between movement, coordinates and raw data. By recording my movements five times a day for over two months I have collected 360 coordinates and mapped them onto a five metre long sequence of code. This shows the numerical difference between coordinates and the regions which they represent.
It also forms a greater metaphorical meaning for how our lives can be reduced into something as cold and emotionless as a sequence of code, therefore referencing the modern day use of social networking and digital surveillance.
